   一個事業有成又擁有美滿家庭的律師約翰，
   表面上他已經是個很幸福的男人，
   但其實他的內心裡似乎還渴望著更多。
   直到有天坐捷運經過了一扇窗，
   驚瞥了一個女人波琳娜所露出的眼神，
   約翰被深深吸引過去，於是誤打誤撞地進入了那間「舞蹈教室」，
   開始學起了社交舞，想不到舞蹈竟帶給了他莫大的成就與滿足。
   但約翰偷偷練舞讓妻子以為他有了外遇，
   約翰於是周旋在波琳娜與妻子的情感漩渦之間，
   約翰知道他不能放棄舞蹈和他的真愛，
   所以他必須用行動來證明一切...


本來以為這部電影跟一般好萊塢的片差不多濫情，
想不到居然出乎我意料外的好看，
李察吉爾把這個角色詮釋得很傳神，
在片中漸入佳境，逐漸引導觀眾進入跳舞的世界，
讓觀眾周旋在他對老師的謎樣情感和妻子的鶼蝶情深，
最後他用行動說明了一切，
在最後穿上舞裝，緩緩從電扶梯升起的那一幕，
「我的舞伴就是你，你已經和我跳了19年了」
讓身為男人的我，也不禁感動了，
那是一種對妻子的真愛，最真摯而溫暖的愛...
